Woven calm.
Worn daily. Linen for life.
Vipelin is a slow-textile atelier. We turn long-staple European flax into stonewashed shirts, dresses, bedding and table linen — breathable, honest, and softer with every wash.
Not fast fashion.
Forever fabric.
Vipelin started in a small dye-house with one belief: linen is the most human fabric. Cool in summer, warm in winter, alive to touch. Ten years later we still weave, cut and stonewash in small batches.
From Normandy fields to your bedroom in 14 careful steps.
We buy long-fibre flax from France and Belgium, spin in Lithuania, weave and garment-dye in family mills. No coatings, no formaldehyde, no greenwashing — just water, stone, steam and patience.
Pre-shrunk, so your shirt and duvet keep shape after 100 washes.
Opaque, durable, not that thin see-through linen. Built for decades.
Oat, flax, clay, eucalyptus, charcoal — colours that calm a room.
Three worlds,
one fibre.
Wear it, sleep in it, gather around it. All Vipelin pieces mix and match in a tonal wardrobe for body and home.

Slow made, on purpose.
Fast linen is thin linen. We do the opposite: dense weave, long soak, double stonewash, sun-dry finish.
Retting & spinning
Flax dew-retted in fields, wet-spun for strength. Long fibres = no pilling.
Dense weaving
165–210 GSM plain weave on old shuttle looms. Opaque and structured.
Garment dye + stonewash
Cut first, then dyed with pumice. Zero shrinkage later, lived-in hand now.
Cut, sewn, repaired free
French seams, corozo buttons. Lifetime repairs in our atelier.
Flax is kind by nature.
Linen uses 4x less water than cotton, needs almost no irrigation, and every part of the plant is used. We just try not to spoil it.
Offcuts become napkins, scrunchies and patch quilts. Nothing to landfill.
Compostable bags, recycled boxes, paper tape. Even our labels are cotton.
Send any Vipelin piece back — we mend seams and replace buttons for free.

Numbers we are proud of
• 92% less water vs conventional cotton • 100% OEKO-TEX Standard 100 • 87% orders shipped carbon-neutral • 1,400 kg offcuts reused in 2025

Ask about linen.
Does Vipelin linen shrink?
No. All fabrics are garment-washed and pre-shrunk. Expect max 2–3% on first hot wash — we recommend 30–40°C and line drying.
How do I wash linen bedding?
Machine wash 40°C with mild detergent, no bleach, shake and hang damp. Embrace the crumple — or iron damp for crisp.
Is your linen really European?
Yes. Flax grown in France/Belgium, spun and woven in Lithuania, sewn in our partner ateliers. Certificates on request.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock pieces ship in 48h. Made-to-order colours take 7–12 days. Worldwide tracked shipping from EU warehouse.
Can I return or repair?
60-day returns, no questions. Lifetime free repairs on seams and buttons — just contact us via the form below.
